From the firm's inception it has grown in leaps and bounds. With the addition of a young and energized staff to the experienced principals Searles, Stromski, Associates gives you the personal touch of a small firm with the production and technology of a larger one.
Searles, Stromski, Associates, Architects, Planners, P.C. (SSA) was established in 2003 and is located on Route 25A in Rocky Point, New York. The firm's list of completed projects is very diversified in residential and commercial types. This diversification has allowed SSA to provide its clients with a good knowledge base to draw from, towards the completion of their projects.
SSA takes pride in providing quality architectural services based on the clients design expectations and budget restraints. Prior experience in the construction industry enables SSA to utilize cost effective methods to take clients ideas and develop them into an impeccable structurally sound design.
SSA provides its diversified services through the use of modern day technology. Using different medias such as colorized renderings and 3-D models, allowing clients to envision the finished product prior to construction. SSA is now in the process of implementing the newest technology of building information modeling (BIM). BIM technology will allow SSA to coordinate with project consultants and contractors with greater accuracy, benefiting their clients.
